KNIGHTSBRIDGE BASEMENT APARTMENT TRANSFORMATION

Temza worked in close collaboration with this client to create their dream of a stylish interior and to transform an ordinary basement apartment into a unique, desirable home.

The design had to be worked out in accordance to the limited space, and be not only chic but also practical. We created a spacious, inviting reception room. The master bedroom was fitted with a custom, built-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom, and a second bedroom was also designed with a bespoke wardrobe, with both rooms adorned with luxury wallpaper.

To the delight of our client, other factors were added going beyond their ideas, including the bespoke Italian bathroom tiles and Italian stucco paint throughout, that give this space the special touches it so deserved, turning it into a luxury investment property.
