DESIGN AND BUILD, HOUSE RENOVATION WITH BASEMENT CONVERSION

This project's potential was maximised by extending the existing basement floor space through excavating and expanding below the garden of the property. This allowed for a media room, as well as two additional bedrooms and bathrooms to be incorporated into the building. The existing property space was refurbished and re-designed with the layout being completely transformed to deliver a practical setup, and designed with a classy yet contemporary look.
